Retrieving past workouts from my droid

I have a question regarding using fitsync on my droid fron verison. it is the latest version, 2.0, i think. i was recently using a workout but for some reason i could'nt fint the way to sync the workout. The next day when i pulled up the workout all the data i had entered was gone. is there a way to pull that back up?
Also, is there anyway to record my workout stats such as duration, avg. and high heart rate, and total calories?
I also have one suggestion, there should be an additional confirmation required to delete programs and workouts. I spent considerable time creating a workout, only to hit the trash can accidentally and lose the entire workout.

On your droid theres a 'sync exercise data' button on each exercise screen right below the data entry area. Tap it and if you have a net connection it will sync, if no net connection it will save the data to your device. When you open FitSync on your device and you see a red button appear on your MyFitSync page taht says 'sync data' it means you ahve data saved on your phone that you haven't synced yet. Tap that and your data will go up. If you've already synced all your data you won't see the red button.
Track duration, HR, distance, calories, etc. in a cardio exercsie instead of strength. That's where I log all my time and distance work like cycling, running, swimming, etc. When you create an exercise you can choose strength (weight and reps) or cardio (time and distance). Try a library search first in case your exercise is already in the system - use the filter options to search by type and modality.
Good news for you on the deleted workouts - when you delete a workout or an exercise it's never really gone, it just moves from your 'active' list to your 'deleted' list. To get them back just click the 'deleted workouts' list option at the top of your workout list to see all your deleted workouts. Then click the undelete button next to it to get it back. I do this all the time to keep my active list of workouts short so I'm not syncing 30 workouts each time.
