hello, i came across this site and it seems pretty sweet.  i found a workout on eas thats a 52 week workout program.  it seems cool cause it looks like it incorporates everything.  and its all in a excel worksheet with the various weeks on separate sheets.  is there any easy way to sync this work out instead of creating it each excercise at a time.  that woultake forever.

thanks in advance

Welcome Todd.  What's the name of the EAS program?  If its already in the libraries you can just copy it to your account and sync it to your phone, definitely easier than Excel!

todd, You can put "eas" under author to do your search.  I found one called Body for Life.  Is that the one you're referring to?

no unfortunately i dont believe it is in here.  the author is Joseph A. Arangio and i cant seem to find him.  It is a very extensive workout plan that a buddy said worked great for him.  i wanted to try it and do it on here but i think it would be way to time consuming to input the program into here. i just printed out the excel program and it is 40 pages

I'm doing this plan also.  So far I have put phase 1 to 3 into FitSync program.  Since you too are interested, i've submitted it into the program library for you. you will have to adjust targets.  when other phases are ready i will put them in also.

ok so now I have put in all the phases in to FitSync.  Look in the program library and you will see the 52 week Strength & conditioning plan.  I like this program bcause there are also cardio and stretches included.  You will need to change the targets each week which I have put into the notes.  Other people who are interested there's no need to use teh paper so you can save some trees  Grin
