It would be nice to be able to input calories burned and heart rate information into weight workouts.  Currently, I have to track this info in a separate application.  Having all info in one app (fitsync) would be convenient.

You can track it in FitSync, just enter the data from your Polar or whatever HR monitor you use into a FitSync cardio exercise.  That's what I do; in every strength workout I have an exercise called "Cardio."  I use a Polar and start the thing when I begin my workout and then stop it when I'm done.  At the end I pull the stats off my watch - time, HR, and calories and that way I'm capturing my strength details along with HR based energy expended for each workout.  Hope this makes sense.
