hi

im gettting an error when i try to login, first error "sql ce errors" and 2nd  "Data error" were it says please call support with reference archive #638131->exercise_data:exercise ID: 66763, user ID: 182547

Hi Lars, I had a problem like this once when the time on my PDA was off.  If the time and date stamp is wrong, it may produce an error.  What worked for me was I did a re-install of the FitSync app and I double-checked my time and date and that corrected it.  Try that.

i don't now if its have somthing to do when i installed the program with fitsyncinstaller it was only the first file who could be installed, so i installed the rest manually from the firsyncinstaller folder on the phone

Did you get a new device or did you do a reset on your device recently?  You  may need a patch or an OS update, or something like that.

It sounds to me like you have an error with your data somewhere.  Maybe you logged a strange character or something like that.  You might want to contact the FitSync tech support directly.

I am using the Nokia 5800 Express Music model mobile. I recently bought the mobile in Ebay.com in locked condition and unlocked  I'm with AT&Y.Now my query is why I'm not able to install this fitsync application in my mobile? It shows some error......

Hi Ben-
Couple things to try right off:

1 - Try doing the install via a non AT&T wi-fi or ActiveSync to make sure you have a clean connection. 

2 - Make sure you set the regional setting to US. 

3 - When you run the install make sure you install to the Device and not a storage card.

Try a full reinstall so go into Remove Programs and remove the FitSync Installer and the FitSync App if it installed.  Then download the installer to your device and run it again.

Give that a try.
