Author Topic: iPhone app troubles  (Read 571 times)

I downloaded the fitsync app from the Apple app store, and while I finally got it working enough to create an account, it appears buggy. I have to log off and log back on in order to get it to refresh some things. Attempting to look at the Bodymap or at the Workout Library gets me only a Sync Failed message. Scrolling only works with two fingers. Are there fixes in the works? Is anybody else having these problems?

I also attempted to use the fitsync.com/install method, but when I click on the iPhone link I get an ERROR:Username and Password are required.

Any ideas from anybody out there on how to make this work. From what I've seen so far fitsync has some great things. I've already created my custom workouts, and have a schedule made. I just need to figure out how to fix the technical stuff, or know if there is a fix coming out later.

Hi Jay-
Thanks for checking in.

Occasionally an install may get corrupted due to a variety of factors ranging from OS modifications by carriers to jittery connections.  If you experience problems during install and registration please email us at info (at) fitsync.com.  We'll make sure your account receives the App Store lifetime subscription promotion and we'll get you up and running quickly.  We're available 24/7 so contact us anytime.

My iPhone now has a working icon on it. Can't wait to use it during my workouts from now on. Thanks for the great customer service! I'm actually going in a bit to hang out with some buddies form the gym, and I'll be showing them the site too since I'm sure they'll be happy to use it too.
