Author Topic: Free Trial Version and Pro Version Question  (Read 870 times)
Karen Bruggeman

« on: 22-Aug-10, 07:06:27 PM »

I'm checking out the free trial version.  I'm a trainer and want to stop lugging a briefcase around with me so I want to try the pro version.  My question is will be free trial version show me the same applications, etc. as the pro version?

I'm also feeling like a real idiot - I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get started.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks - Karen

Thanks for the inquiry, Karen.  Email us directly at info (at) fitsync.com and we'll set up a trial trainer account for you to try out.  The big difference in functionality over an individual account is client management, libraries, scheduling, and downloading and logging multiple client workouts and sessions on your handheld.

As far as getting started, you can click the big button at the top called "Getting Started" which walks you through the common functions like creating a workout (click Workouts and then New Workout) or to schedule client workouts, such as a multi-week program which will automatically display the day's workout on your client's phone, just click the + sign in the schedule and select the workout you'd like to schedule.

The best way to learn the system is to use it a play around a bit.  The Step By Step Guides, which provide a tutorial for every function, can be turned off once you know the system (like click Workouts to view your workouts or create new ones).

Send us a note and we'll set up a demo trainer account and give us some background as well such as whether you are a individual trainer or if you manage other trainers.  Thanks again for checking in.

John
