Author Topic: Purchased iPhone App. It just closes every time I run it.  (Read 445 times)

Well, I'm pretty annoyed right now.

When I see the registration screen on the iPhone, any attempt to register or login crashes the application.  So far I've just thrown away my money.  How do I get this to work as it was advertised?

I ahd the exact same problem and tried and tried and it wouldn't work. So I emailed the Fitsync people and they fixed me up within an hour!  Good luck getting anyone at iTunes that fast.  I had trouble with iTunes before I think maybe my accoiunt was hacked or something and then my phone screws up almost every app I try and install so who knows. 

So send an email to tech support and they'll fix the fitsync on your phone for yoiu.   I really like the app been using it everyday for a month and it works perfectly every time.
