Hello Fitsync!

I'm recently a new member here and downloaded your software on my iPhone 4. It was a little sluggish too use and the interface could use some reworking but it did what I wanted and recorded all my workout data. However today, after updating to the service patch yesterday I have had nothing but problems with my phone. I cannot log into the Fitsync app and when I tried to reinstall it asked me to re-purchase the software. I really like the direction you've taken with your product as it seems to be th only app out there that covers all the bases and let's you customize your own workout. Please advise on how to get this working again!

Update: I have the software reinstalled but cannot log in.

Well everything was working for a month. The emails with your technitians was very helpful. Smiley  Unfortunately, Nov 24 Apple decided to update the iphone software and your application once again will not let me log in. I've deleted and reinstalled the software and the same error occurs.

yeah, looks like Apple has made yet another surprise update that may have affected some users on some carrier networks.  We're looking into it and should have things back to normal soon.
