Tried loading this several different ways from different resources, and it will not load, or if it does it will not open.
If I run the Android partition on my phone (from the SD Card) it works fine.
I have stored it on my device when running WM 6.5, so now what?

Could be a couple things ranging from mods made by your carrier to block some apps to a corrupted install.  I'm not familiar with the HTC HD2.  Is it an Android OS or WIn Mobile 7?  May also be that our Win Mobile version is not compatible.  Give us some details on the device and OS and we can work from there.
