Just wanted to let y'all know that I submitted a multi-week program for bodybuilding called "Progressive Workout" to the public library. I like it cuz it builds up gradually over the weeks and it covers the total body. It's from my fav magazine Muscle & Fitness. It's from a section called workout to go but I figured instead of tearing up my mag and looking somewhat geeky at the gym with a page from a magazine, I'd set it up in FitSync. That way I can just glance at my pda/phone and look kewl instead.
