Hello,
I got a massage stating I have to renew or lose my account. I've looked all over, can't figure out how to renew and got no response to my reply to the message. Anyone know how to renew?

To renew, just login to your FitSync account and click My Account on the lower left and then click Renew/Upgrade. If your account has already expired you'll see a renew option immediately upon logging in. If you've forgotten your username or password, go to our home page and click Forgot Password above the login box in the upper right and your login info will be emailed to you.
You can contact us anytime at info (at) fitsync.com, we're here 24/7 so just let us know how we can help.
John

What are the advantages of mobile over web?
I've actually been gradually building myself a program to track things just to learn how to do it and may just switch over since that allows me to add past data a lot easier.
Also I noted fitsync seems to be getting rid of data past 2 years old. Is that stored anywhere that I can get it back? I should have close to 6 months of data that is gone if I started tracking when think i did (~aug 09)

Mobile vs. Web? Its a mobile app that goes on your phone instead of a Web page so you can log your wrokouts super fast. I use it every day I never miss a workout. And it works if I don't ahve a net connection. I have now 10 yers of data in my accoiunt. I've only had FitSync for 3 years but I added in some old data from my notebooks. If you logged teh data in FitSync its definitely in there.
