Heya Verrago!
I've been on vacation and just synced up 3 weeks worth of workouts from my phone! I was out west in national parks (here in the US) so no gym and no Internet so I did all bodyweight exercises the whole time. You should try it - it's harder than it looks. Like handstand pushups against a wall instead of an overhead press. I can only do 2 (I'm only a girl) BUT I am getting stronger each time so watch out

When I started over 3 weeks ago I couldn't even do one so what I did was kick up against the wall and hold the handstand as long as I could. Then by the second week I started lowering myself and by the end I could do 2 full ones! I also increased my pushups so now I can do 20 in one shot - not bad for a girl, huh? I didn't know pushups would hit my delts so hard but they do and my shoulders look more sculpted now.
The most important thing FitSync has done for me is keep me on schedule and give me an easy way to track what I do. It's also motivating to look back at my past month or so and see how consistent I am in keeping to my workouts and its fun to see the total reps, weight, and distance. You know it's more important that you do any old workout regularly than the perfect workout intermittently. Check the libraries - there are some good total body and upper body workouts but you might try some bodyweight stuff like pullups, dips, pushups on twofitballs, etc. It might not seem like much but you'll really feel it and see the results.
A while ago I set a goal of doing 50 chinups once a week. I would do as many as I could (usually about 6 or 7) rest for about a minute, do another set, rest, etc. until I got to 50. When I started it took me almost 20 mintues to get to 50 cuz the last few sets I could barely do 1 (I had to kick my feet to get the last few) and then I was sore for a week. BUT, once I got to where I could do all 50 in about 5 sets I uppped it to 75 chinups. Now I just upped it to 100 and I can really see the difference in my back and my biceps. I got much better results than using the lat pulldown machine. Once I can do 100 chinups in say 7 or 8 sets I will switch to wide grip pullups with an overhand grip.
Ya know, I feel your pain on teh home renovation. The worst part is that sawdust and plaster dust goes EVERYWHERE like into clothes and plates and dishes and food in teh cupboard and then if you have on a nice black wool skirt, well I guess in your case that would be dark wool PANTS

and then brush against something the plaster guys or carpenters were touching you'll look like a human lint brush. I got a hot temper so that was teh last thing I needed in the AM before coffee!! Anyways good luck with that home stuff
I'm off again for a while but good luck with your workouts and go ahead and try some new stuff. You'll be sore but you'll look like Arnold (well, the young Arnold and not the Governator but even the Governator is still cool) very soon.
