Welcome, Demetris-
First off, thanks to you and all our people in uniform who keep us safe.  We all owe you a lot.

I'm in DC, not beautiful sunny Jacksonville, but we can help each other.  I was hitting the gym, pool, and serious miles on my bike every week until April 16 when I had a major high speed bike crash (car tagged me a good one).  4 hours in the ER and now looking at a few months letting my busted shoulder heal so no pool and no gym and stuck cycling on a trainer.

Done complaining so now trying to stay motivated to do time on the trainer a few times a week and maybe catch up on all that ab work I blew off in the gym.  My goal is to do at least 80 miles a week on my trainer and anything else that doesn't include my left arm.

My stats will show up in my Profile and Workout Widgets so if you see me slack off, bust me.  I might also start up again in the Rankings in Bodyweight Squats (held the record for a while until David in Chicago put up a big number) or maybe Crunches.

What are you working on?  Is your biggest challenge in the gym or the kitchen?  Let me know if I can help.
