I have to first say, I love this program.  I don't have the excuse that I forgot my workout.  Anyway, when I load this program it disables my keyboard.  I also freezes up all my other programs, I usually have to do a soft reboot in order to get things working.  Any ideas?

Hi Dave-
Thanks for the compliments!  Glad you like FitSync.  We're very happy we've eliminated one more excuse for you - if you have your Treo you've got your workout so no goofing off  Grin  Remember, beach season is coming up fast so work on those abs.

A couple of things could be causing the keyboard issues on your Treo.  First, make sure you've installed any patches/upgrades etc. either from Verizon or Palm.  Next, I would suggest closing out your other apps when running FitSync and see if you have the same keyboard issues.  If you don't, then one of the other apps could be conflicting.  If it makes no difference then it could be the version of your Treo isn't recognizing keyboard inputs for FitSync.  Also check to see how much available memory you have - that could slow or shut down some resources if you're 99% full.

The tricky part about devices sold through operators is that the network operators will often make changes to the devices.  In some cases all they do is optimize the network connectivity.  In other cases they will disable some features such as block exporting of your address book, etc.  It is possible that the mods (if any) made to your device ahve affected the operation.

As a last resort you could backup your device, do a hard reset and then reinstall everything starting with FitSync.  If FitSync runs fine then its one of the other apps.  If not, its the device.  The easy solution is to run only FitSync when you're working out or at least try and minimize the other apps that are running.

Hope his helps.  Let us know if you have any other questions.
