I work for AT&T which makes using the iphone a bit easier lol. I also own a custom motorcycle shop. I'd love to make a few friends and maybe even take on a few challengers. I'm a 32 year old male. 6'2 220 lbs  bodyfat. Hope to talk to some of you soon!

Hey Greg,
nice to meet you.  We don't have iphone in Malaysia yet. Don't know when they'll make it available. Lucky you!  Did you get employee discount?  I've been using fitsync for a while and love it.  See you on these boards Smiley

Welcome Greg!  Inspiring story about your crash recovery and your success in dropping some serious weight and getting back in shape.  I understand completely about old teammates who are now horribly out of shape looking at heart disease in their 30s - scary.  Definitely have to keep up with the training but you sure can't train at 35 the way you did at 19.

I used to be a pretty serious gym and track rat but now doing more swimming and cycling.  Easier on the body and produces more functional fitness for real life.  Sure, I don't do heavy bench or deadlifts anymore (and have less muscle mass) but my shoulders and back feel a lot better.

Definitely check out getting a bike - maybe a titanium one to match that fancy melon of yours? - and joining a local bike club for some rides.  Great for the motivation and keeps you on schedule if someone's hassling you to get your behind out there.

If you're up for an online challenge try the Rankings.  Up until bike season started I was competing with David in the Rankings in Bodyweight Squats.  Looks easy but try a hundred good form, upper leg parallel to the floor, full squats with just bodyweight.  Start with 50 and work your way up.  Stretch afterwards.  If you kill yourself and go for the record right out of the gate you won't be able to walk for a week (ask me how I know).  My best was 350 but David I think is up close to 400 now.

Whatever you do, man good luck with your training and post some pics of your custom cycles.
