Hey all! Just wanted to give you a forwarning! I'm coming after your titles! some of you may have read my other post but for those who didnt i wanted to introduce myself. My name is Greg. I am a 32 year old that had fallen off the wagon. Better yet i got knocked off the wagon. I was always a big kid. At my worst i made it to about 280 @ 32%bf. I got on a fitness kick and made it down to 155 but i lost it fast and im sure you all know i lost a great deal of muscle as well. I Decided to put some lean mass back on and had just started getting close to the shape i wanted when i had a bad motorcycle accident. I flipped my bike with no helmet and the bike landed on my head crushing the left side. It also shoved the footpeg through my head into my brain. I healed well but lost the drive i had before until now. I'm around 220 and 25%bf. My ranking is low but i promise u I will be knocking at ur heels soon. Just a bit of friendly compitetion but consider yourself warned!

Good gravy Greg you had a big smash up i'm glad ur ok.  Gosh that must ahve been scary but I hope ur wearing a helmet now becasuse drivers are really bad and don't watch for bikes or motorcycles or you could hit an oily spot but i guess i'm sounding like a mom or big sister but really be careful please.  Okie so you want to challenge us?  good because we need some more competition.  David and Paul were the hardcore guys in the squats and then i being jus a girl decided I wanted to play in the boys fort so i think I scared them off ha!  But seriously give it a shot and remember its all in good fun so jus keep setting a personal best every few weeks and then youll smoke past everyone!

If you are coming after the bw squat record be prepared to endure pain.  Take Paul's advice and stretch stretch stretch immediately after or you will regret it.

I know that Paul is going to blow the 403 when cycling season ends so I am already in mental preparation.  Good luck in your recovery and plan to take over the ranking world.

Melissa, it's time to put some new numbers up on the board...or have you scared yourself off...?  Shocked

By mental preparation David means he'll let my new record stand for 3 days before beating me again.  But be prepared, I've been riding hard all season with lots of big climbs.  Lost a month due to a major crash and AC joint separation but I'm gearing up for another shot at the record!
