Hmm FitSync Community.... Just started Fitness First 3 months ago, PT sessions 2 months back and now this... FitSync Online, though I have to be completely honest, I haven't a clue on how to track my workouts. Its been whatever my trainer tells me to do I just do. Call it blind faith or perhaps aboslute ignorance... haha. Anyway... Happy working out folks.

Fawzy welcome!  Which gym are you at?  How did you hear of FitSync?  Many members at Fitness First don't know they have FitSync Online accounts!!  I love it.  Do you have a PDA or cell phone?  Sometimes I use my phone, other times I use my iPaq to track my workotus.  I'm trying to get stronger so it helps me to know if I can lift more kg.  If you track, you can post your workout widget and we can all cheer you along  Smiley

Hey Fawzy if you have a handphone or a PDA you can download your workouts and track on your phone or your PDA.  Then you can see your stats on the Web.  The best part is that you can see the total weight lifted or distance traveled in a month and it really adds up so don't be surprised if you do 2,000 reps and lift 100,000 lbs in a month.  Go into the MObile/Downloads button and it tells you how to track.  You might combine some gym workouts and home workouts.  I do all my ab stuff at home while watching TV but the serious lifting is at the gym.

I am a Paper and Pen user T.T...but I don't carry them around..it put in my locker..so I would memorize those records and write it down in all once.

But I'd stopped recently because many of the workouts doesn't fit me..my PT said..=P so I'm doing a basic now...I hope someone here can guide the correct way of working-out ... my PT got so bored of me,cause I keep making mistake >.< She didn't say anything, but I prance through her eyes. xD

Thanks, Greg.  We're happy to see that our iPhone app is being well received.  We plan to add some more features soon.  If you have suggestions for improvements feel free to post them in our feature requests area.

It would be a great help if you could test FitSync on some of the AT&T devices such as the AT&T Tilt.  Our office in Kuala Lumpur has tested many of the common PDA phones (HTC, Audiovox, O2, DoPod, etc.) but we haven't tested all the US carrier private labeled versions.  For example, we've tested an HTC Kaiser from Singapore but not the AT&T Tilt (made by HTC).

We have a large personal trainer customer base and many are looking for a PDA phone to use in the gym when training clients.  Our trainers in Asia like the HTC models so the AT&T Tilt could be a good option.
