Looking for a place to start...

Hey everybody...
I'm ready to give this fitsync a try on my iphone but I'm looking for a good place to start as far as workouts go. I have been very fit all my life, but am looking for a way to organize and structure my fitness. This looks like it could be a good way to do it.
Anyways...I have mostly been a plyometric/push-up/sit-up kind of excerciser, but I am looking to do more total body work and hopefully even a bit of sculpting in the end. I really don't know where to start with the workouts. I would love to find a good consistent approach to my week (as far as cardio vs. weight training goes). Any suggestions would be immensely helpful.
Thanks ahead of time!

Hi Lillie,
Welcome! FitSync's libraries of Programs and Workouts is a great way to start. Members (including trainers) share their favorite workouts. You can search by goal e.g. Total Body, Strength, Women's Fitness, etc. The multi-week programs contain series of workouts that you can schedule and each workout will be automatically available on your iPhone on the day scheduled. Have you tried the FitSync Total Body Fitness Test yet?

The Fitness test will be my first endeavor for sure. The day after I signed up for this I got extremely ill with a fever and haven't been able to excercise. I am starting to feel better and am hoping to hit it up sometime tomorrow. I will spend more time perusing the workouts and trying to get a better understanding of how they all fit together. I'll post back again with specific questions as they arise.
