It has been like, what, 4months since I have not stepped into my gym.. and simply because I was lazy... =( I KNOW I KNOW, I am wasting my money.. sigh... so please! someone! somebody! H-E-L-P  ... *I've thought of hitting gym these days.. but I just can't get my ass up for it*

You are not alone brother, easy to make excuses like going "tomorrow" when you've had a better night's sleep, feel better, didn't have so much to do blah, blah...  Got em all covered.  Having a day like that myself, easy for "tomorrow" to turn into a month.

Here's the deal; you know you'll feel great once you start working out and even better afterwards.  Toughest part is lacing up your shoes and getting your ass out the door.  SO, stopping dicking around and get out there.  Too busy?  No time?  bullshit

Here's my challenge to you; I go so you go.  I was waffling today about working out but you've motivated me.  There's absolutely nothing keeping my sorry ass from getting out there, NOTHING!  So, I'm going to head out after lunch for a hard bike ride then do my shoulder rehab routine which I blew off the past 2 days.  Now you do something, anything and log it so your stats show in your profile.  If you have a Facebook account you can link FitSync to it and show your stats and workouts in your FB profile. 

Good luck.  I'll check your stats tonight to see if you hit it or skipped it.  Do it, man.  Quit dicking around.
