Hello all,
I just started using Fitsync again. I used to have in on an old plam, but now its on mt Itouch and its as good as I remember. The question, I have just been writing what I have been doing on paper. I would like to be able to transfer all the workouts to fitsync and I can get an idea of how I am doing. How do I do this?

Its a great program the best I have seen out there.
