anyway, nice to meet you guys...i'm new club member...currently try to do some weight training and then gain weight..
i'm kinda skinny....
anyway, i hope to meet friends from malaysia and of course around the world...

hello Kenny I'm kinda skinny meself so I know eggactly what you mean.  My auntie always tease me as "skinny fat" becuz she says I have too much body fat even though I look skinny. So I have been working out to put on some muscle. Don't want to look like my mother. She's skinny but now she has flappy skin under her arms (ewwww). At first I thought if I did weight lifting I will look like Ahnold but my auntie said don't be silly - you know how hard those bodybuilders work? So now I am lifting weight! What workout are you doing? I look for a FitSync program and I follow that.

hi all, it's real...those bodybuilders work really hard...i saw all the bigger arm than me they lift much more weight while i can juz weight 10lbs to 20lbs...and that result me little satisfaction only...lol...don't know when i can achieve my target..i'm targeting 65kg as my body weight...i have subscribe personal trainer for first 3 session also and he really help me lots..now i following his program...
i join since sept and until now i gain 3kg...from 55kg to 57.9kg..is tat good enough...??
i'm now doing weight training...3 times a week.... Monday-Chest, Shoulder Wednesday- abs and back friday - legs
anyway, nice to meet you guys

Hey Kenny, you're doing great. Stick with it and make sure you track your progress in FitSync so you can see how much stronger you're getting. It's a great motivator also because you can try to always do better than your last workout. You can also try FitSync for Facebook and show your lazy friends what you're doing while they sit around eating snacks. Keep it up, good luck.

eventually i juz start using fitsync...i find it quite difficulties to configure...lol...mayb i need to spend more time in it...
well, my home club is at the Menara Summit, Subang, Malaysia...anyone of you is from there too..??

What are you having trouble configuring? I can help you out or anyone else here who wants to jump in with some advice. We want to make sure you don't have any excuses for not working out! erm... forgot my shoes, gotta work late, haven't set up my FitSync yet, etc.

Curve is too far away from me but it's a really nice gym, much bigger than the one in Leisure Mall. The funny thing about Leisure mall is you see a lot of aunties and uncles sitting around reading their newspapers

lol Thats prety common in most clubs. As a matter of fact, I like to grab a cuppa and browse the news before I get changed for my workout! All the best Kenny, You seem to be making progress towards your goals. Now mine are the exact opposite, I'm trying to lose weight. Did pretty well at first by losing close to 5kg, But gained a whole load with christmas and chinese new year! Darn! Need to start a proper workout schedule and stick to it.

Hallo Vick, You're exactly right about the holiday season feasting, with the magnificent results to show for it.  For CNY I was at a 12-course banquet so now I have to work out extra hard to balance that out. You can pick a multi-week fitness plan in FitSync's library and schedule that. If you have a PDA or mobile phone, your scheduled workout will automatically be downloaded. We can monitor each other!
