hey everyone,
I'm following a program called Homegrown Muscle and have just started phase 2.  Here's my latest workout.

This looks great, you're blasting your legs pretty good.  How many times a week do you do this?  Is it in the FitSync library or is this your own routine?

I found this program in the fitsync library.  Saved me a lot of time making up my own plan.  For this particular workout, it says to do it 3x / week.

I just get a blast each time i exercise so i really enjoy working out.  Must be the serotonin Lips sealed
