Hmmm...I was expecting that the "workouts" would give suggestions for how much/how long to do the various activities.  I'm new to the site, and the only workout I see listed is the "total body fitness test."  All it is is a list of exercises.  Are there other, more detailed workouts somewhere and I'm just not finding them?  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

David there's a whole world you're missing!  The FitSync libraries have a couple hundred workouts and I think about 50 programs which are multiple week plans.  There's also over 1,000 exercises.

When you click Exercises, Workouts, or Programs you'll see an option at the top for Libraries.  Then pick the library you want to search through (the Public Library has the most) and the search criteria and you'll see a zillion. 

Some workouts are straightforward and others will have lengthy instructions for hydration and rest etc. but those are probably more for the triathlon and hardcore endurance and interval stuff.

Okie hope this helps.  Oh yeah, I think when you sign up for FitSync everyone gets the Fitness Test automatically but then you can add more from teh libraries or make up your own.  Hey try the rankings.
