I just have one question on the first workout.

On the Total Body Fitness Test, how many reps do I do of the exercises beside the ranked one?

Since it says "Perform as many reps as you can." on the ranked exercises such as push ups, bodyweight squats, and sit ups and crunches.

Greetings, Kaleb and welcome-
The non-ranked exercises in the Total Body Fitness Test should each have an individual target.  Since they are all bodyweight exercises there won't be a resistance target, only a reps target.

Okay thank you. I now see where it says the target reps when you are filling in the data.

Hey Kaleb.  Also some of the workouts and programs in the libraries will have the targets and instructions in the Workout Description instead of in the exercise.  This lets you set the targets exactly where you want.
