Hey, I;ve just signed up for fitsync and built myself a workout program, the only thing is i can't see where to add myself short/medium and long term goals to work towards? Things like bench 120kg by this date/ lose 20lbs by this date etc. does fitsync allow you to set these kind of goals and where would i add them?
thanks for the help

Welcome, Dan. You can set very specific individual goals for each exercise or you can set general goals in your journal. For example, you could set targets for each exercise to see exactly what to do in each workout. Once you hit or exceed the target regularly you then bump up your goal. Long term you can use the journal so maybe you want to bench your bodyweight or workout 5 times a week or get your bodyfat down to 15%. Use the BodyMap section for body composition and dimensions, the exercise targets for your workouts, and the journal for your long term goals. Hope this helps. Good luck.
