Hello again,
I have some pretty excellent upper body programs but do not have any lower body. I was curious if anyone could help with a lower body workout that I could use or base a new one off of. Thank you

heya K,
Most of the multi-week programs include specific days/workouts for lower body.  Check out Basic Strength, Muscle Strength and Muscle Endurance in the Program library. There are also individual workouts in the Workouts library such as Ground Force - Legs.

Okay thanks! I think I have found one that will do what I am looking for. I do not like doing training with free weights that much such as Squat BB but I will see what I can make out.
