This app looks great and my guess is that a bunch of users out there, including myself, would be willing to pay for it if only they could install it. Have had an HP Ipaq 6945, HTC Kaiser and HTC Fuze now in the last 8 months. Have attempted to install in all of them, following closely instructions in forum. Never happened. I am gonna stop trying. It seems like many users have these same problems too. Wonder how come you havenīt come out with an easy trouble free installation. Every other soft. dev. is. It is a shame.

Sorry you had trouble with the install.  You can contact our tech support 24/7 and we'll be happy to help out.  Most install issues can be resolved very quickly.  We've have Windows Mobile users worldwide so I'm sure we can get yoiu up and running.

You've been trying for 8 months?  Did you try tech support?  Ur either doing something wrong or your device or net connection is hosed.  I've had FitSync for 5 years and run it on 4 Win Mobiles, 2 Palms, and every mobile phone I have.  Installs like a dream over the air.  Lots of clients use it too.

hey, are you using the same carrier for all your devices?  Maybe it's your carrier blocking apps that you didn't buy from them.  I once had that problem with a carrier til I decided to switch.
