I work out pretty much at home, only once in a while going to the gym with a buddy when I'm invited.
Do you guys know where I can have my measurements taken, like BMI, Body fat % etc. so I can keep track of my progress time to time?

Most gyms offer personal training and can take measurements and do an initial assessment to give you a baseline. You might also check at work or with your insurance company to see if they offer any kind of health assessment resources.
Another optoin, which may be a worthwhile investment, is a scale like a Tanita scale which will measure your weight and bodyfat % (via electrical impedence through your bare feet - don't worry, you don't feel it!) so you can check yourself at home.
You could also try using a caliper for a "pinch" or "skin fold" test which uses skin fold measuremnets from several spots. High quality calipers or a Tanita scale might run in the $50 - $80 range.
Key thing to watch for is the method being used. BMI is not very reliable because it is a very general approximation and does not apply to athletes or those with a lot of muscle mass. For example, skinny girl with no muscle might have a great BMI but 35% bodyfat. Superfit athelete or bodybuilder may have 7% bodyfat but muscle mass will push his BMI way up.
Either invest in a Tanita scale or calipers or take advantage of a gym promotoin for a free assessment or personal training session. you never know, you might find a trainer you like but you'll at least have some benchmark data for yourself.
Good luck.
