There's a category for yoga and they're listed as "strength" rather than cardio.  I count reps so "strength" works for me.  If I want to put in hold times, I put that in the note.

it's a regular class though, so it's basically 90 minutes of what the instructor asks you to do.  no specific hold times.  Probably 15-20 poses, changing back and forth btwn them

So you'll record Downward Dog 2 reps if you do that 2 times.

Some additional thoughts on Yoga (I've been a practitioner for a few years to help my back).  If you're doing something rep based where the performance doesn't change such as holding a pose for 30 seconds you'll use a strength type exercise and record reps only.  If you're doing something duration based where you may hold a pose as long as possible you may want to use a cardio type exercise and log the time in minutes.

This way you'll match your logging and reporting to your objectives so you can see your progression in the reports very easily whether you are doing more reps or holding a pose for a longer duration.

I hope you find this useful.  Please check in anytime with other questions or yoga ideas.
